Returns and Refund Policy
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Products that are returned after 30 days, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items returned 60 days after invoice date, will not be eligible for refund.
Items not eligible for return
- Special order
- Custom orders that have been embroidered, screen printed etc.
- Any product deemed by IMC to be in non-resalable condition
- Any sterile item that has been opened
Integrated MedCraft reserves the right to modify our return policy at the time of order. Item specific terms will be documented on customer invoice.

Instruction to return a product or to receive a refund will be found in the Return Merchandise Authorization email sent from the IMC Customer Service Team. Returned products must be received by IMC within 14 days of the creation of the RMA.
